#1 Maybe people realized that "back" to square one was an improvement from the previous regression of the 'brohood.

Yet another example of The Man for All Seasons famous quote: ...the Devil turned 'round on you, where would you hide, Roper, the laws all being flat?

The Egyptians realized that as bad as it may have been Mubarak represented the law the 'brohood is the Devil.

#2 Not exactly. It looks like Egyptian Army has had enough of ismaists and wants to gop the way of Mustafa Kemal. BTW, new Constitution lokks to give far more rights to Copts than under Mubarak not to mention the previous Constitution.

#3 Sounds like the Egyptians are in weasel stomping mode. Our breathless reporter fails to mention that while MB Morsi wasn't purging generals, he was trying to start a fight with Israel and Ethiopia. Nevermind that Obama sided with the removal of Mubarak, sided with appointing el-Baradai, then sided with an election which was hands down going to be a MB win.

I'm surprised Egypt has not gone full Libya, and this situation may be the best possible outcome for Egypt. The new constitution seems to be an improvement (and is pissing off all the right people). I don't think the issue is Sisi, it is who will follow him.
