#1 running with a maimed child in his arms from a damaged building to a pick-up truck. The child has a visible head wound, with blood on his face that is also covered in dust from the rubble.
Is this the same child we see pictures of every year?

Did he have a Green Helmet?

If so that's just the 'Green Helmet Guy' who seems to get his jollies from hauling around and showing off corpses of dead kids to the news media.
