#2 Lebs have been doing this for years with bulk cash. They raise funds for Hezbollah in a variety of ways stuff 2nd hand cars full of cash, and ship them to W.Africa. Leb dudes on the other end gather up said cash and use mules to carry on direct flights to Beirut. Winner winner chicken dinner. We are so not good at catching them.
