Who writes this stuff? None of the parties have ever shown the capability much less the willingness for restraint. Further, the mythical concept of Muslim respect has never been a proactive gesture. Its only the complaint of an aggrieved party after a perceived lack thereof. And if one was to list the all the countries that have even remotely exhibited stability and security its doubtful Lebanon would even register.
