#1 Jackson, who was absent from the campaign trail, but won re-election in his congressional district with more than 60 percent of the vote, has a strong contingent of supporters left on Capitol Hill.

"Strong contingent of Supporters" would be defined as POTUS & FLOTUS, along with 129% of the CBC.... who, like Triple-J, all suffer from the same "mental illness".
