#2 Guess some foreigners [and some Americans] are discovering that it is still the UNITED STATES of America. Had some people done their homework, vice assumption, on the workings of American government, they probably could have worked out a program to become qualified state [versus federal] voting personnel/judges/administrators to avoid all this.

#3 I think there's a simple answer to the poll observer / voter fraud issue. If you don't have an ID to vote, you can get one instantly at the poll. If it turns out you obtained it fraudulently, you go to jail or are deported. No ID to vote? You are not allowed within 1000 yards of a polling place...
