#1 I'd settle for any of these being done in the first year:

- Audit the Federal Reserve
- Zero-based budgeting of every Federal government unit
- Decriminalize possession of small amounts of marijuana
- Privatize the FAA
- Break up 'too big to fail' banks
- Cap deductions on Schedule A based on income

- ban public employee unions from striking
- ban PEUs from making political contributions (that might be constitutionally questionable)
- reverse every single executive order Obama signed
- roll back EPA authority to what it was in October, 2008
