If there ever was a reason for Banking reform this is it, NO BANK should be involved in campaign financing... Where is the collateral for the loan... Obama's balls ? ... he ain't got none... nor does the Head of the Dem Party Debbie Wasserman Schultz, but discussing that would get us into the "voting your feminine parts" instead of your intellect. So Debbie, do you have a PIMP to help you out in collecting for the debt ?

ARTIC = any lost Revenues must be made up by massive cuts in Public Spending, "far beyond" the original EU$10.0Bilyuhn envisaged in the 2013 Budget; + increases in VAT + CSG Levies.
