#2 Iff the Bammer's campaign is "shrinking", Mittens' campaign is seemingly failing to break out from the statistical MOE.

Although the race "isn't over until its over", as things stand wid 17 days left, it STILL appears that the Bammer will win re-election albeit in a close race???
