In the absence of any Chinese nuke missle attack [preemptive or first-strike]agz Japan, + lack of Chinese ability to successfuly overwhelm or defeat any Japan-based GMD-TMD vee PLA saturation attacks, THE ONLY WAY FOR CHINA TO ACHIEVE ITS "SOLE", "POST-US" STRATEGIC GOALS IN NE ASIA WOULD BE TO MIL INVADE JAPAN VEE SUSTAINED CONVENTIONAL CAMPAIGN.

Mass PLA Airborne attack is subjective, wid high-risk of prohibitive casualties + aircraft loss agz both JASDFS + USAF; while Okinawa + Korean Peninsula + Taiwan [northern PHIL?] are likely to be hotly contested areas in a China-vs-US-n-Japan three-way.

As per RUSSIAN + ASIAN MIL PERTS, THAT LEAVES SAKHALIN - its just off the Chinese mainland + can be used to attack andor invade northern Japan while combat occurs in the south. China is a member of the SCO-CSTO along wid "strategic partner" Mama Russia, + China has also laid historical claims to Sakhalin + parts of RFE.
CHINA ALSO DOES NOT WANT JAPAN TO POSSESS NUCWEAPS, NWO OR NO NWO.

Even iff Japan did agree to give up formal sovereignty to the Senkaku + Okinawa islands, etc. in the ECS, to prevent a major PLA nuke attack agz Japan, IMO again China will demand that the US give up any + all Milbases in Japan + the ROK, + leave the NE Asia forever. CHINA'S VICTORIOUS "POST-US", "MANIFEST DESTINY" WILL BE ROLLING + CHINA ISN'T GONNA TAKE ANY ***** FROM THE US, NATO-EU, OR RUSSIA.
