#1 As per BHARAT RAKSHAK, looks like Mama Russia is sending FM Lavrov to demand from Baby Assad that no mil skirmishes or conflict break out between Syria + Turkey at the borders.

Collectively, PERTS > argue in most part that the USA = POTUS Bammer doesn't want any major war between Turkey + Syria to break out approaching the POTUS November elections, + also that Russia won't allow/tolerate either US-NATO intervention andor Syrian-Turkish war.
