#2 No sh**T. If it's gonna come to this, take your legal system back to your hell home from whence it came. We have enough alien law here.

#3 Looks like I need to start celebrating TGIF by amping up my car stereo and haning out in a near by parking lot next to a mosque, with my favorite Charley Pride cd playing, enjoying pork rinds and beer, while I watch these nuts banging their heads against the ground and at the same time sticking thier butts way up in the air during Friday prayers to a lieing false prophet who successfully created a false moon god.

Just saying more of what they can't stand to hear...

#6 The irony is that whole 1st amendment thing allows them to rally against it.

They can rally to their heart's content as far as I'm concerned. In fact I support and encourage it. Keeps in view what is being preached behind closed doors and keeps in mind that these people are not friends of the USA.

#7 They should be very VERY careful for what they wish for.

#9 Our own Gaza strip and West Bank right here in the U.S. Next we will be seeing the RPGs, AKs, and the carbeques coming out during their protests.

#10 Another example of our Champ leading from behind. He must be very proud of his Dearbornistan colony.

#11 Not being able to speak ill of the church reminds me of 1500 A.D. (more or less) in Europe. So that's about right - 600 years behind the Christians.

#12 You know that an immigrant to become a citizen they have to take an oath [yeah, like that means anything anymore except when those who have power need to hammer someone] -

I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law; and that I take this obligation freely without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; so help me God.

...sounds like some revoking may be in order.

#13 My initial response is "This is America. F**k all y'all!", but in the interests of civilized, well-reasoned discourse, let me paraphrase a Texas slogan: Welcome to America. Remember how it was where you came from? We don't do that here.

#14 That whole God And Guns Thing comes to mind how would it apply here?

It would not apply, Angiting Snore1647. Speech is not properly answered by violence, though illegal speech may be answered by law enforcement.

Also, for future reference, at Rantburg we do not discuss acting violently against residents of the United States, nor against the duly elected politicians if allied nations, there being a big difference between that which we are able to do and that which it is lawful to do.

#15  The core of 'free speech' is to NOT answer speech with violence, threats or intimidation. Even then, competent legal authorities disapprove of shouting 'fire' in a crowded theater, and I'm fine with that.

THAT'S NOT ON FIRE.

#18 These Muslims are peacefully exercising their free speech rights to express their support for a political cause.

The makers of 'Innocence of Muslims' were and are peacefully exercising their free speech rights to express their political and philosophical opinions.

In my opinion the Detroit demonstrator's objective, the abolition of free speech, is crude, disgusting, reprehensible and bigoted.

Obama and Clinton applied the same adjectives to 'Innocence of Muslims.' Yet so far they've not commented on the Detroit demonstrations.

Does their silence indicate a level of approval of the Detroit Muslims' demands?
What about other US and Western politicians who condemned 'Innocence of Muslims'?

#19 The only thing that needs to happen to these people is that they should be pointed and laughed at. Now if they riot, all bets are off but peaceful 'protests' are really just a source of never ending amusement.
