#5 This time of the year in the simmering Texas heat, a straw Serratelli or other brand in the straw version is mandatory for the working cowboy. Felt hats such as the one Hussien is wearing in the picture is worn during the colder seasons. Occasionally worn during formal situations but a slacker like Barack doesn't know those things about Texas.

The Republican National Convention Texas delegation, a member of which is in this picture, had it right last week.

Uh, no he doesn't. He and his guys don't have a clue regarding 'irony' or they wouldn't have made the sculpture in Charlotte out of sand. Another thought is 'All hat, no cattle'.
