#2 China doesn't give anyone squat, unless they get more than a quid-pro-quo in return. No concept of charity at all.

And, I might add, they are not big believers in cleaning up the messes they create, either.

#3 I've just been listening to a couple of the Libyan TNC people on the BBC.

These people sound so sensible, I'd vote for them.
