#2 China has been received harsh criticism oer its alleged selfish destruction = "theft"? of land + mineral deposits, etc. via various rare-earh mining ventures wid regional nations.

"Essential elements used ... in advanced tehcnologies" > On a larger note, iff OWG-NWO + "Globalism" is, in part, about the BEGINNING OF ROUTINE HUMAN EXPLORATION + COLONIZATION OF DEEP SPACE, THEN ITS IN AMER'S GLOBALIST = "SPACE" INTERESTS TO ASCERTAIN THE NATION'S + WORLD'S DEVELOPED + UNDEVELOPED RESERVES OF EVERYTHING.

Again, "GREEN TECHS/JOBS" = MORE ABOUT SPACE EXPLORATION + SURVIVAL, ETC. NOT EARTH, when the Walmart or Earth Fresh, Space LLC delivery cargo ships don't arrive on time because ole' George Jetson filled the wrong order for Spacely Space Sprockets.

#3 Would have been cheaper just to open the mines in the United States and keep the jobs at home.

#4 You have to make something in order to keep the mines busy. That goes for North Korea and the USA.

#5 Rare earth refining is supposedly very unfriendly to the environment (a key reason why US deposits are not being mined) - maybe now even the Chinese want to outsource the pollution?

#6 Glenmore: Rare earth refining is a complex and filthy job, because the different ores are chemically similar. The pollution produced is nasty, toxic and long lasting.
