#3 Trailing Wife, you elucidate an important aspect of the Libyan state's general dysfunction. The Libyans have always been extremely dependent on imported technocrats and personnel. There's gonna be a flurry of oil industry activity should a new regime come to power in Libya. The oil infrastructure is very old. Maintenance of existing infrastructure has not been a strongpoint of the Qaddafi regime.
