#2 ...I fear we may be missing the point here. Out of nowhere, the AG suddenly says, "Oh, hey, about that CIA thing - no harm, no foul, see ya!" So now, I'm wondering how likely it is that somebody's going to say, "Oh, hey, about that Gunrunner thing...no harm, no foul."

Sorry, just in a cynical mood this morning.

#3 ...maybe. However former Attorney General John Mitchell got prison time for conspiracy, obstruction of justice, and perjury. Mr. Holder is working himself into the same position. So, it won't be Gunrunner per se that gets him, but his conduct surrounding the coverup and obstruction.
