#1 I'm still waiting for the local residents to capture one of these bad guys and their cohorts, and string them up in the town square. That will do far more to put a stop to murder and mayhem than anything RAB can do. Of course, if they ALSO happened to capture the group's ISI controller, that would be something requiring a spectacular effort - perhaps fireworks in the victim's ~~clothing~~honor or something.
