#3 Barack Obama approved $25 million in non-military aid to the civilians in the eastern parts of Libya.

Just so we're clear now. The US "aid" of uniforms, boots, optics, radios and such are all "non-military" These are just the kind of items "civilians" need in a time of a "humanitarian" crisis. And these supplies are the perfect compliment to those "defensive" missiles the Qataris donated to the cause.

(Wouldn't want to violate that pesky arms embargo you know.)
