#6 Unmentioned in all the hubbub is the embarassing fact that the 2 Paks who attacked Davis were agents of the ISI (apparently tailing him as he went on his mission).

What we should do is explain to the Paks that tailing CIA agents in a violence and target rich environment has consequences.
