#2 I notice that over the past several weeks, most of the actions with negative outcomes for the cartels have been initiated by the Mexican Marines. Wonder what the story is there... Army too infiltrated from too close contact w/ cartel cash?

#3 Mexican Naval Infantry, much like our own beloved USMC, have better integral air support and are more aggressive in their tactics than the Mexican Army, but both forces usually win their firefights by rather large kill ratios, Marines by virtue of better tactics and the Mexican army by the fact they deploy with the most venerable G3 assault rifle.
