#1 N. Ossetia finally ran a bell. Russia created that little cesspool all on its own. It's a primary smuggling area. I wonder if they used the 122mm shell parts for the blast, which Russia gave N.O. to help push the Ossetia war so the could gain more control of the north region.

#2 PS: The North had a treaty wish South O. that they weren't supposed to have any thing over 90mm until the Russians gave them the 122's.

Russia did not create the situation itself like US in Bosnia, Afghanistan and Iraq.

Since 89 jihadist supported by western intelligence and there Mid East vassal states have been coming into the region and with the compliance with the regime in Chechnya harboured organised crime groups in Russia and international terrorists who started a genocide against the ethnic Russian population of mass rapes, kidnapping, murder and ethnic cleansing which inevitably lead t Russian intervention and the first Chechen war.

Today supported by Soros puppet state in Georgia and other states jihadists are launching terrorist attacks to continue to destabilise Russia.

If you had a clue you would know the main smuggling are is the Panski Gorge which is in Georgia.
