#1 It is my fervent hope that General Petraeus made it crystal clear in his meeting with Bambi that he would only accept the assignment on condition that he had free rein to run the war without Washington pinheads (both military and civilian) getting in his way, and that certain particularly idiotic ROE's handcuffing our troops be rescinded. I hope he also made it clear that certain elements in Pakistan (*cough* ISI *cough*) must be dealt with and any and all Talibunny training facilities, camps, etc., in Pakistan are fair game.
