#1 Reports say he paid for the Pathfinder with $100 bills and also paid for his plane ticket in cash. That's quite a bit of walking-around money for a dude in foreclosure.

Betcha at least one fish that got caught in the net back in Ye Olde Countrie was the operator of the Pak end of the hawala pipeline.

We'll have to see if there's much interest in squeezing the US end, but that fish has prolly already swam to safety.

#5 He (or someone) paid 20% down on his mortgage in 2004 & in Feb. 2009 he took out a $65,000 home equity loan. About Sept. 2009 the house went into foreclosure, indicating he made one or no payments on it after getting the home equity cash. If that was the case, he had a bit of spending money to use these last few months.
