#1 How many Obama staffers does it take to change a light bulb?

Answer 1: They would rather sit in the dark and bitch about how it is Bush's fault and use the crisis to promote a new and comprehensive program.

Answer 2: Obama himself just grabs the bulb and and the world rotates about him.

#2 I like the one about the city inspector. I suspect the reason that "The ONe" hasn't been able to do much is they haven't figured out who gets the pay-offs ala Chicago
