#2 Still haven't read any proposals on a federally-backed jobs program that would actually work to accomplish its stated goal. Maybe the feds could hire 100,000 temporary workers to clean the DC streets with shovels and wheelbarrows. They do seem to be short of snow plows and front-end loaders.
