#2 Last week a former Chota Rajan (Mumbai mafia) gang member killed Jameen Shah in Kathmandu. Shah was the owner of the biggest media group (satellite TV etc) in Nepal and reportedly an ISI asset. His papers and TV routinely put out anti-India articles.

It has been alleged that India's spy agency RAW has used Chota Rajan for black ops and protected them against police action in the past.
