Yeah this argument hold true the first time around. The evil Boeing execs got jail time.

Second time around it was the USAF that screwed the pooch, assigning value to details that has not been spelled out as requirements. So when BMAC appealed that award was tossed.
Now we are into verse three of this sad song and EADS/NGC is crying and threatening to pull out of the competition.
Some want a split award; no matter how this ends up it will continue to be challenged and fought in the courts, and we will still be flying 60 year old KC-135s.
