#1 Sources did not say if these items were confiscated and destroyed like the fuel.

Because nothing ruins mineral water more than mixing it with the 'regular stuff'.

Bullshit, simply wait and the fuel will float to the top and separate itself from the water, to RUIN fuel you'd need to add tons of soap/water and blend it with something like an outboard making a sludge.

Smarter to use the confiscated fuel yourself.
