Someone is assuming the sub wasn't targeting the ship mistaking the array for its intended
"intercourse". Recalling the incident shortly after Bush took office with the Navy aircraft and the Chinese one, an early test of the new President. Can you say 'international incident' boys and girls.

#5 I think the Chinese sub was trailing the destroyer and zigged when it should have zagged. A mistake, but a risk taken by an aggressive sub captain.
