#5 Daisy Cutters are a totally different thing. Big, but not designed for deep penetration. I'm not sure but I suspect the Penetrators are designed around 'shaped' charges. Really, really BIG shaped charges. (EFPs are very small, focused shaped charges designed for armor penetration).
