#8 Great sleight-of-hand in this article. A surcharge on shipping fuel? You mean the bunker oil that moves oceanic shipping? How many billions of gallons are used in that yearly? A tax on the fuel used to ship fuel? This should be in the "Bezzle" section.

#9 Notice that the first thing that the bureaucrats do is to charge a tax. There is not a rigorous study made on cost/benefit. Politicians in charge, with a few stooge scientists. Nothing but tax-tax-tax. The fox has indeed taken over the chicken coop.
