#1 After the 9/11 incident, the Bush administration poured billions of dollars into Islamabad's coffers to fight the war on terror specifically to fight al-Qaeda and the Taliban. But Islamabad redirected a substantial amount to buy a mind-boggling array of conventional American weaponry to use against India, the Pentagon report revealed.
