#3 If they get an an ICBM ready for launch, it may time for an EMP bomb delivered by drone. As someone previously noted, most of the Norks live in the stone age already and it would only affect their diabolical capabilities. China hasn't done much to help, although returning the Uighurs would be a goodwill gesture on Obama's part, and a nuclear Japan only compounds their argument for the "right" to nukes in an excalating proliferation race. Light water reactors for power would end the claim to "peaceful" purposes. Medvedev doesn't want the defense shield so he should help to eliminate any need for it, too.

#6 I think that if the Norks fire off an ICBM and the trajectory appears at all threatening to us, we will shoot it down. (Oops...sorry, wrong administration...we won't do anything and the missile will drop harmlessly into the ocean just off the Washington coast...near Bremerton).

The Japaneses may actually beat us to it since the missile would likely fly over them.
