#3 In the local Daily Fishwrap, there was a wire service story today about massive civilian casualties at a hospital from artillery fire. Strong implications from the usual suspects like Amnesty International and Human Rights watch that the government was the culprit. Those bastards! Government says we haven't used heavy weapons for a week. If you get to the end of the article, a hospital doc says only two rounds were fired. Not exactly a military grade barrage, eh? Draw your own conclusions.

#4 SteveS - MY conclusion is Tamil were firing from the hospital and got hit with counterbattery fire. Or maybe even just a misfire of their own mortars.
