#1 As funny as it sounds, priapism often results in amputation because of restricted blood flow. Probably the worst case was of a man who injected his penis with cocaine.

Because of blood clots and subsequent infection, he lost his genitalia, both legs, one arm and several fingers on his other hand, went blind and had several strokes and heart attacks.

I will be surprised if this gets through the filter.
