#2 Just because the Egyptians agreed does not mean Israel did. If Hamas wants actual negotiations, they need to actually talk to the actual negotiating party, not a third party not authorized to speak for Israel. Hamas is made up of idiots and fools, all vicious. Let them continue to eat dirt until they learn something useful from it.

#3 Is there actually any hard evidence that Schalit was not murdered on the very day of the attack?

This is not a rhetorical question. I have never read anything beyond rumors about either Israel demanding a proof of life or Hamas publishing such.

I take that silence as a tacit admission (on both sides) that Schalit has been dead for a long time.
