Ironically, both Sudan and the United States are signatories to the original International Criminal Court (ICC). And both have yet to officially ratify the commitment in their home countries. However, unlike Sudan, the US has publicly said it has no intention of ratifying the document. The precise terminology is that the US has Unsigned the damn thing. So heres a suggestion Sudanif you got a beef with the ICC, attack an official signatorielike ummmI dont knowhows bout Venezuela.

#3 They need to keep their focus on The Hague. If say, 10,000 of the next 200,000 Sudanese immigrants to the Netherlands are hostile, they could really send a message.

20% of the Netherlands is already non-European foreign, so they are already close to turning The Haguet into The Jirga.
