#5 NS, non-citizens can't (legally) vote in the US. If he voted, and gets cleared of the DWI charges (unlikely), he should be charged with vote fraud.

#6 Check for income tax filings. If Witmer has been filing, that refutes his "sovereignty" claim. If he hasn't been filing, and should have been, then he, and his imaginary friends, may have real problems.

He's had his head examined 5 times and each time they found nothing .....
