ETC., AND ARE IN NO HURRY TO PAY OR LEGISLATE TO "SOLVE" VEE NEW FED BUDGET $$$ ANY LOCAL-REGIONAL PERCEIVED OR PROCLAIMED "SERIOUS" PROBLEMS.
