#1 Been in place at Ft. Bliss for a while. Then again Juarez across the border is what - 3 million plus or something. More fuel for the fire than the communities near Huachuca.

#2 Sierra Vista's a nice town, new mall, restaurants, theaters, etc. Absolutely no reason to go to Mexico
