#1 The longer the Israeli govt stalls on installing a missile defense of some sort the more likely this incident of return fire will occur again.

#3 The Israelis need to develop a few dozen "pumpkin cannons". Use them to launch the remains of slaughtered animals, wrapped in triple layers of light plastic. Most use high-pressure compressed air to "fire", so there's no explosion. It can also be used to launch rocks. One of our engineers can calculate the damage potential for a 30-lb rock moving at about 250 feet per second launch speed. Any US-based "mad scientist" group can advise them.
