#2 Note that this isn't taking place in madrassas. There is no memorization of the koran in these schools. This is the secular, normal Pak education system.

#3 Negatory B. The average income of US muslims is higher than the US average. The US has skimmed the cream off the muslim world. But it also means they are more likely to be certain of their superiority and look down on the average American, be more more deeply embedded in American power structures and have the free cash to influence policy makers.
