#1 The first order of business for the Lebanese government is to purge their military of disloyal soldiers who refuse to follow orders.

The second is to drive as many Shiites as possible into Syria.

#2 If they accomplish the first, the second should be to reconstitute the military with those who would not be purged if the first were repeated.
