So Turkey joins the EU with this policy in mind.
What's good for the goose, and so forth . . .
So 100,000 slavs (pick your nationality) move/retire/get jobs in Turkey.

And then what?

One other thought; "Assimilation is a crime against humanity," That's an interesting view of US history.
