#1 These people, like the one on the council, should be removed from society the instant they reveal themselves. Maybe even their offspring if they've had any.

#2 A life form needs a brain that can form a coherent thought before you worry about things like traumatizing them.

And if they were actually capable of being traumatized, I'm sure the Auckland Regional Council members could always get some kind of therapy . . . .
