#4 Jesse Jackson and Al Sharktown will get involved if the Baltimore 9 are charged with a hate crime. If a white 7 year old is charged with a hate crime for calling some people "Brown People", a term the school councilor taught him to say and not what his family taught him, then a white person beat up for being white will not be able to charge the attackers with a hate crime.

And if the boy friend fought the middle schoolers, he would have been charged with striking a child.

#7 This crap is getting out of hand. I can see a major backlash brewing against the Leftist Idiots™ in general and the Black community in particular.

Sadly, the fury will probably be indiscriminate against the Blacks, and not against those that enable and encourage the sort of behavior displayed by the juveniles on the bus.

And yes, Troy should have put a beat down on as many of those little animals as he could. I know if anyone messed with my wife like that, it would be all over with.

#9 Up here, we had this last Sunday...

A Boston firefighter is mending from what could have been deadly stab wounds he suffered early yesterday morning when he was allegedly jumped in East Boston while off duty by a group of Hispanic males who told him they dont want any gringo here.

Though police are not classifying the incident as racially fueled, the Boston Police Departments Community Disorders Unit is investigating. The 32-year-old jake, whose name officials were not releasing, is white.

Ironically, the firefighters life was likely saved because he sought refuge from his alleged assailants at Engine 5 on Saratoga Street - the station house hes assigned to.Fortunately, those firefighters were not out on a call, said Boston Fire Department spokesman Steve MacDonald.

MacDonald said the firefighter had gone to Chivas Restaurant in Day Square to grab takeout when six guys started exchanging words with him. He indicated he was just there to get a sandwich and that he was a firefighter. They pushed him.

Hoping to avoid a confrontation, MacDonald said the firefighter got into his car and headed for his station for safetys sake, but the pack followed him on foot. It was shortly before 2:45 a.m. As soon as he got out of his car, six guys jumped him and started kicking and punching him, MacDonald said. He felt two sharp pains in his chest and knew he had been stabbed.

The firefighter summoned the help of fellow jakes by ringing the station doorbell and his alleged attackers fled. MacDonald said his injuries do not appear to be life-threatening. Hes more upset about the fact that hes going to miss several shifts, MacDonald said.

Not a word from the city. Their opinion would probably be that it's the gringo's fault. For going where he wasn't wanted...

#11 Treat them as adults in the court system. I don't care if she used the N word or not (I doubt it when surrounded). This is aggravated assault and the aggressors should be taken out of society before they kill someone and until they learn to behave like civilized people.

Doesn't appear as though we are dealing with Mother Teresa here. She could very well be some nasty crack whore who was throwing around the n-word. Need more time to get the facts.

#15 Michelle Malkin is all over this... An elderly man and the black bus driver were also assulted. Police are calling it a Hate Crime.

We are at this point investigating it as a hate crime, Greene said.

Greene said the suspects, who have been released to their parents, are African-American while the two originally identified victims are white. Marzola said the suspects are also believed to have menaced an elderly passenger, who is white, and to have assaulted the bus operator, an African-American male who defended his passenger.

He probably saved this gentlemans life, Marzola said of the operator. The MTA declined to identify the driver, saying they consider him a witness to a crime.

Police said no evidence had been found to back up the claims of suspects parents that Kreager or Ellis had provoked the incident by spitting or displaying a knife.

Greene said that at the time the incident reports were taken, no child reported any spitting or knife being pulled. Gavrilis said the operator hadnt mentioned any provocation.

#17 I don't care if she is a crack whore and called everybody on the bus a n*gger. I remember once in kindergarten (& over subsequent years at many martial arts and self-def training sessions) somebody told me that "sticks and stones may break my bones but names will never hurt me." Time for a lot of people of all backgrounds to re-learn that stoicism.

BTW - if I was her boyfriend I'd be in the next hospital bed or in a prison infirmary for dealing out ass whippings of epic proportions on those little derelects....oh, and before I forget: f*ck al sharpton.
