#4 I would use mannequins such as these to create a "honeypot" to attract extremists. I set the shop up in a way I know would offend extremists. When they come around to do me harm, I eliminate them. After some period of time the number of extremists will dwindle.

#8 I'm a thinking... Get a bunch of obsolete mannequins and air drop all over Peshawar from way up. So what if they break. The Talibunnies will have to run all over collecting the dirty pieces to destroy.

"Accidents" like this on a regular basis could drive them crazy...
