#1 Following the Sunday evening collision, youths in the area went on a rampage, damaging shops and setting cars on fire. Villiers-le-Bel police station was set ablaze and another in Arnouville was pillaged, police say.

This is not rioting. This is an insurrection. Call in the army.

So would an army response with unrestricted rules of engagement not be "violence" but merely "an expression of exasperation?"
Is anybody exasperated over there?
