#1 Obviously, ROE have been modified to include killing armed men or women encountered during a raid. Works for me, rack 'em up and give Allan his 20% for the raisin harvest.

#2 In another coordinated raid, a woman refused to comply with the interpreter's instructions. After the ground forces made several attempts to get her to comply, she lunged to reach behind some furniture. Coalition forces, perceiving a hostile threat to the force, engaged and killed her.

An excellent example of prisoner interrogation technique. She won't be killing any more Americans.

#4 Frankly, I am sick and tired of hearing stories like this. Killing only six while we detain 21 will never work. We need to kill 21 and (maybe) detain six. Or better yet, kill 27.
The rule should be this: if you pick up a weapon in the presence of coalition forces, or fail to respond appropriately to commands, you die.
